1. File Formats:
We accept the following file formats:
- Vector:
.ai
,.eps
,.pdf
- Raster:
.png

(ensure high resolution)
2. Resolution:
For raster images, ensure a minimum resolution of 300dpi to maintain clarity when printed.
3. Colors:
- If specific colours are required, please provide Pantone (PMS) codes.
- Note: There might be slight variations in colour due to printing processes.
4. Text:
- All text should be converted to outlines/curves.
- Ensure text size is legible, especially for smaller stamps sizes.
- the minimum character size is 1.8mm anything smaller than that will not print clearly.
5. Design Considerations:
- Allow a small margin (at least 1.5mm) around your design to prevent any essential details from being too close to the stamp edge.
- Consider the stamp shape and size when creating your design to ensure it fits and looks proportionate.
6. Submitting Artwork:
- Attach your file(s) and any specific instructions when placing your order.
- If your file size is large, consider using a file-sharing service like Dropbox or WeTransfer and provide the link.
7. Review and Proof:
- Once we receive your artwork, our team will review it. If there are any issues or recommendations, we will get in touch with you.
- We will send a digital proof for your approval before production begins.
