Any usage with specialty or custom inks, or inks not procured from Stamp Lab, falls outside this assurance. Similarly, our guarantee doesn't cover stamps used on non-paper surfaces.

Depending on the situation, we will either exchange the product to better meet your needs or offer a refund if a resolution cannot be reached.

If a fix or exchange is viable, we will provide this at no additional cost. However, if you prefer a return, a shipping and restocking fee may apply. In cases where no viable fix is available, we’ll refund your order in full, including shipping costs.

When will my JP stamps ship?

Every JP Stamp order undergoes a manual review to ensure accuracy. If there are any discrepancies, we will contact you with a proof for clarification.

By default, JP stamps are shipped without a proof.

However, if you prefer to review a proof before shipping, please select the "Please provide proof" option in the customiser when placing your order.

Once approved, your stamp will be added to our production queue. Orders placed before 3 PM AEST are typically dispatched the same day, while those placed after 3 PM will be shipped the following business day.

Can I send you the details for my bulk order of JP stamps?

Absolutely! For bulk JP stamp orders, we recommend sending us the details in a spreadsheet format. We'll handle the design work and subsequently provide you with a quote and a proof for your approval. Please email the details to sales@stamplab.com.au.

Can I reorder a previous design?

Absolutely!

We keep past designs for a minimum of 3 years.

To reorder, provide us with the order number from your original confirmation email. If you can't find it, don't worry! Access all past orders via the 'accounts' link in the top menu. With your order number, we can locate your design and make any required changes.

Can I collect my order in-store?

Yes, collection is available and it's a free option. Just choose "local pickup" during checkout. We'll notify you once your order is ready for collection.
