3. Production & Dispatch:
Approve the design, and we jump into action. If your approval hits our inbox by 3 pm AEST, your stamp is on its way the same day. Approvals after that? It'll ship the next business day.

If you find the item unsuitable, not fit for purpose, or are otherwise unhappy with it, we’ll work with you to resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we will either exchange the product to better meet your needs or offer a refund if a resolution cannot be reached.
If a fix or exchange is viable, we will provide this at no additional cost. However, if you prefer a return, a shipping and restocking fee may apply. In cases where no viable fix is available, we’ll refund your order in full, including shipping costs.
